Prerequisite: Integrator Masterclass

To ensure the highest quality of collaboration and shared context, anyone joining the Integrator Mastermind Forum (IMF) must either have completed the Integrator Masterclass or be working with an EOS Implementer and complete the Masterclass within six months of starting IMF membership.

The Integrator Masterclass is an immersive experience designed to equip you with the foundational tools, mindset, and clarity needed to thrive in the Integrator seat. It covers:

  • The real-world responsibilities of an Integrator
  • Best practices for strengthening your Visionary/Integrator relationship
  • How to drive results through EOS tools and structure
  • What mastery really looks like - and how to start the journey

IMF builds on everything you learn in the Masterclass. Completing it within your first six months isn’t just a checkbox—it’s the crucial  step toward becoming the kind of Integrator this community is built for.
