We are not a recruiting service; we are a connecting service. We can assist you in narrowing the scope of your search to a small pool of potential candidates. It’s up to you to determine if any of those potential Integrators are the right fit for you. Therefore, we can not guarantee a match.
Once we send you a list of potential matches, you will then follow your hiring process to determine if any of them are a good match for you.
As EOS® teaches, make sure you consider whether they are the right person (Core Values fit) and whether the Integrator seat at your business is the right seat for them (GWC™).
Once you’ve completed all the assessments, including the About You demographics, you will be opted into the Integrator Pool. If you need to complete something else to finish your opt-in, our support team will contact you.
