What is the name of your organization?
Performance Excellence Partners, LLC (PEP)

How long have you been implementing Rocket Fuel?
We started implementing Rocket Fuel in May of 2020.

What does your organization specialize in?
PEP is a woman-owned small business that specializes in 1) training and technical assistance for federally funded workforce development grant programs, 2) professional services, and 3) human capital services. We primarily support federal government contracts, either as a prime or a sub, and are breaking into the local market in California.

What is one piece of advice you would give a Visionary and/or Integrator?
Complete the V/I Assessments and the Rocket Fuel Power Index and use them to see how you complement each other, get on the same page, and stay on the same page.

What has been the biggest benefit of using Rocket Fuel?
Understanding and maximizing our V/I duo.

What was your life like before and after you implemented Rocket Fuel?
While implementing EOS got us started on the right path, we weren’t always on the same page and we hadn’t really crystallized our V/I relationship. Implementing Rocket Fuel has made a huge difference! The Visionary and I got on the same page and we work hard to stay there! We are maximizing our V/I duo, and the whole company is more clear on the V/I roles and how we work together.

What is ONE thing that impacted you the most from being part of Rocket Fuel University?
The Q&A calls where we get invaluable advice from the Rocket Fuel team and other community members. I’m also excited about the new RFU: LaunchPad and the ability to have these types of conversations through discussion threads. People can participate as they have time and the information is stored and easily accessible.

Rocket Fuel supports all of the great Visionaries & Integrators who are making impacts across the globe. Our featured spotlights are chosen based on member engagement & interaction inside our Rocket Fuel University community.
