What has been the biggest benefit of using Rocket Fuel?
Biggest benefit to using Rocket Fuel is developing the process to keep me on the same page with our Visionary. Without the tools available and discipline to use them regularly, I do not know how V/I teams stay on the same page.

What is one piece of advice you would give a Visionary and/or Integrator?
Treat it like a marriage relationship. You may not always agree and many times will look at things from a different perspective, but that is what makes the V/I relationship work.

What was your life like before and after you implemented Rocket Fuel?
I was not sure where I fit. I tried the entrepreneurial role by starting and then selling a business, but I was not fulfilled until I found EOS® and the Integrator role.

What is ONE thing that impacted you the most from being part of Rocket Fuel University?
The ability to network with fellow Integrators and share ideas.
